It was designed to follow the natural curve of your back to facilitate breathing.When sitting cross-legged, our meditation cushion helps your knees touch the ground to create a natural curve in your spine. In sukhasana or lotus position, the zafu helps you maintain your pose and stay focused on your yoga session.
