How to adjust your flask holder trail running hydration belt
So that it fits your body shape better, the flask holder belt is available in two sizes: XS S and M LIn order to get your belt on and adjust it, there are 2 Velcro straps on the sides: This allows you to adjust your belt while running in a single step.Finally, your belt is worn on the hips, i.e. low on the waist !
