DESIGN

The bag s body is stuffed with multi-layer cushioning foam. The cover is made from thick polyurethane (PU). There is a metal spring inside the base that lets the bag swing and provides more responsiveness. The plastic base can be filled with water for stability. It can hold 110 litres.

Directions for use

Once the base is filled with water, it is very difficult to move a punching bag.Do not use when wearing outdoor footwear. Always use protective gloves when hitting the bag to avoid injury (burns, bruises).

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Clean your punching bag with a damp cloth and soapy water, and rinse it with fresh water.Do not store in a damp place (indoors or outdoors).
