Backpack technical tests
We carry out lab tests to validate all the components:fabrics, buckles, straps, foams, zips, etc. For a fabric, for example:resistance to abrasion, wear, washing, water-resistance and colour-fastness under UV rays, etc.Then a test on the finished product that speeds up the demands on the bag over the years, to check the durability of assemblies. The backpack is weighted then placed on a dummy which reproduces the movement of fast walking through thousands of cycles.
