What is the right size and thickness for your mat?
The more often you train the more you ll need a comfy mat1. The thickness- If you re doing a gentle activity (like Pilates), you ll be barefoot and in contact with the ground: go for a mat that s at least 10mm thick with a spongy texture- If you re doing dynamic poses to strengthen your muscles, 7mm is OK.2. The length: for Pilates or for strength training, choose a mat that is the same length as or longer than your height

YOGA OR PILATES MAT?
For Pilates, you need to be comfortable and isolated from the floor. For yoga however, while you still need a thick mat, the most important thing is grip. This is why we recommend choosing a mat that is suited to the kind of exercise you do.
