Our designers drew inspiration from sailing traditions to create this pullover with a slightly ribbed knit and shoulder reinforcements to enhance its robust look.In addition, the external appearance of the fabric features a knit in the style of a pullover or jumper, with fleece on the inside. This provides comfort and warmth.With a timeless sailing style, it will be equally at home in your sailing or travel bag!
The collar to keep you warm
The collar can be fully closed with its buttons, to keep the warmth close to your body.The gentle matt outer fabric provides the pullover with reinforcement in areas subject to rubbing with overall straps. This also gives it the sailing style thanks to its collar with buttons.
What eco-design actions have been implemented for this pullover?
Several choices were made to significantly reduce the environmental impact of this product:1. We have reworked the cut-outs and design of the pullover to improve total fabric consumption by 40%. There has also been a 72% reduction in fabric offcuts. 2. The dope-dyed process involves dyeing the material of the yarn itself3. The buttons are made from 25% recycled material4. The inner and outer fabric of the shoulders is made of recycled polyester, made from plastic bottles
Which size to choose?
The fit has been designed to be sufficiently loose-fitting to avoid impeding your movements and manoeuvres.The fit of the previous model has been reworked: it is larger and slightly looser-fitting, and the sleeves not so tight. You can therefore choose your usual size.
What is the dope-dyed process?
Dyeing textiles requires large quantities of water as well as discharging wastewater from dyeing baths. To reduce this environmental impact, we opt for the dope-dyed technique, whereby the colour pigments are integrated into the yarn when it is produced.This dyeing process has made it possible to reduce the environmental impact by half compared to the previous model, and enables us to save many litres of water.
