Durability Test
When designing the Classic Goal, we carried out tests specific to Kipsta that guarantee the durability, stability and safety of the product.For example, to assess a product s solidity, we perform load tests in our laboratory that reproduce the weight of a child. During this test, we apply a 63 kg load (for size L) to the goal to check that it doesn t deform.
Resistance and stability tests
To test the durability of the hooks that hold the net in place, we recently set up a fatigue test with the help of our test engineers to reproduce the net s behaviour during a match. We were able to verify that, over the course of 5000 cycles, the hooks didn t break.After observing footballers on the pitch, we were inspired to develop tests for goal stability. This is why we perform a tipping test on our entire range of goals to make sure they can tip to 25° without going over.
