We chose 18 8 (304) stainless steel because it combines food safety and long-term resistance: It does not oxidise and prevents corrosion. And since stainless steel is a little less conductive than aluminium, we’ve included an aluminium double bottom under this frying pan. This diffuses the heat and increases heating efficiency, reducing the amount of gas needed to cook.

Before first use, rinse 3 times in clean water.After use, wash with soapy water then dry before storing in a dry place.This frying pan is dishwasher safe and can also withstand abrasive sponges and river sand!
