Your breasts, which are delicate and supported mainly by the skin, face much more impact during sports activities compared to everyday activities. No matter your cup size or age, your breasts are subject to movements and bouncing that can create a force of up to five times their actual weight. A sports bra offers the support and comfort you need for your fitness activities. A sports bra can help protect your breasts from impacts, pain and premature sagging.
You need just the right amount of support: neither too much nor too little
The movements of sports activities stretch the skin and ligaments. Without sufficient support, you may end up with pain or premature sagging. However, too much support can also be detrimental in the long term: the support level must be perfectly suited to your bust size and the impact intensity. The aim is to protect your bust without altering natural breast movement.
Three levels of support for your sports activities
We designed our sports bras with three different levels of support based on the activity: light support for activities that create little bust movement (eg, Pilates, stretching, strength training); medium support for activities that involve moderate, non-repetitive movements (eg, fitness dance, cardio training), and high support for activities with intense movement (eg, step, treadmill running, trampoline).
How to choose the right size sports bra
A sports bra that fits properly provides better support and comfort. To choose the right size, use a tape measure to determine your bust circumference (while not wearing a bra): Stand in front of a mirror; Hold the tape measure horizontally around your upper back, at the base of your shoulder blades; Bring the tape measure across the fullest part of your bust; Without pulling it tight, take the measurement; Check the size guide to find your size.

DOMYOS sports bras are designed by our teams to optimise your comfort and prevent health problems. We do not use underwiring to prevent injury and compression of the lymph nodes, we use minimal seams around the nipples to prevent chafing, and we opt for components that promote moisture management to keep you comfortable and reduce the risks of irritation.
How are DOMYOS bras tested?
All our models are verified in our labs using our bust support test, which measures the decrease in acceleration of the breasts during sports*. The models are tested and ranked from 1 to 5: 1 for light support, 3 for medium support and 5 for high support.*DOMYOS fitness sports bras guarantee slowed acceleration of bust movements by at least 10% (level 1) and up to 50% (level 5) compared to a classic bra.

We test them for colourfastness, resistance to repeated washing, perspiration wicking and more. We call these our torture tests . And after that? Sports users like you test the products while doing their sports activities. We listen to and analyse their feedback to fix what needs to be improved to finalise the product.
