WHICH SIZE SWISS BALL DO YOU NEED?
Picking the right size is easy:if you re less than 1.60 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, choose size 1 (diameter: 55 cm);if you re between 1.60 and 1.80 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, choose size 2 (diameter: 65 cm); if you re more than 1.70 m tall and weigh more than 85 kg, then size 3 (diameter:75 cm) is the one you need.
HOW TO INFLATE YOUR GYM BALL TO A SAFE SIZE
First thing s first: we recommend using a pump, which is sold separately (product ref 8214626 or 8490986). Fully inflate your gym ball using a tape measure to check the diameter. As a guide, here are the maximum diameters of our different gym balls: Size 1 = 55 cm, Size 2 = 65 cm and Size 3 = 75 cm. Lastly, sit on the ball and check that your knees are at hip height. If they aren t, add or remove some of the air.
WHICH ACCESSORIES DOES THE SWISS BALL COME WITH?
Your Swiss ball comes with: a plug, plus a second one in case you misplace the first; a plug remover to easily remove the plug when you want to inflate deflate the ball; a tape measure to make sure you ve inflated your ball to the correct size; a user guide; and a poster with exercises.

WHY IS THE SWISS BALL NOT SUITABLE FOR THE OFFICE?
Our ball is designed for fitness activities. It s therefore not suitable for office use.The constraints of using a Swiss ball in the office mean that we can t recommend doing so with this ball.
