To do all possible exercises, we recommend the DECATHLON 50 KG SET which includes the following:- 2 x 2 kg smooth bars, 35 cm long and 28 mm in diameter- 1 smooth bar in 2 sections of 7.8 kg- 6 disc collars- 4 x 5 kg cast iron discs- 8 x 2 kg cast iron discs- 4 x 0.5 kg cast iron discs.
